Visa gives Giants fans new contactless payment device

San Francisco-based Visa USA launched a new key fob payment device embedded with contactless technology that allows a consumer to pay by waving the device in front of a payment terminal.

The device is being launched with a promotion at AT&T Park, where the first 1,000 San Francisco Giants fans entering the Field Club level were set to receive Visa Micro Tags loaded with $15 and education on how to use them, as well as a chance to test them out at concession stands around the stadium.
