BART rider gets arm stuck in escalator

A BART passenger got her arm stuck in a station escalator this afternoon, a fire spokeswoman said. Several callers reported the stuck rider at the Powell Street station starting at 3:47 p.m., fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said. Firefighters managed to free her arm at 4:16 p.m., Talmadge said. – BCN
