Veteran pro player personnel evaluator Rich Snead rejoined the Raiders’ front office. Snead, who previously worked for the Raiders from 1990-93, replaces Michael Lombardi, who was fired this month. Snead spent the past nine years as director of player personnel with the Tennessee Titans. He originally joined that organization in 1994.
