Cal hooper Kristine Anigwe named Pac-12 Player of the Week

California women’s basketball standout Kristine Anigwe earned Pac-12 Player of the Week honors, the conference announced Monday.

The sophomore logged averages of 29.7 points and 11.7 rebounds per game as the Bears swept their trio of games at the 2016 Puerto Rico Classic in Las Vegas as the team improved to 12-0.

Pac-12 play starts Thursday when Cal will play Arizona in Tucson.College Sports
