BALCO’s Conte linked to Giants once again

There is a new link to Victor Conte and the Giants. The mastermind of the BALCO scandal who is legally selling dietary supplements again had his product found in the locker of Texas Rangers reliever Scott Feldman, a former Burlingame High School and College of San Mateo star, the Dallas Morning News reported. A canister of legal muscle nutrients was plainly visible in Feldman’s locker in the Rangers’ clubhouse and was labeled SNAC, short for Scientific Nutrition for Advanced Conditioning. Conte’s new company is called SNAC System Inc. Feldman, who still lives in Burlingame, told the Dallas Morning News that he received the canister from a friend with the Giants. SNAC products are not certified by Major League Baseball.
