49ers coach needs a steady job

The Examiner predicts what The City’s leaders, losers, and movers and shakers want from Santa.

Who: Mike Singletary

What: Job security

Why: The Hall of Fame linebacker who had such a great start to his 49ers coaching career is suddenly facing questions about his future with the team. But he does have hope in that even though the 49ers are 5-9, wins in their final two games (plus a little help) could put the team in the playoffs. And as we found out with the Giants this year, anything can happen in the postseason.
