Polar bear funeral protests EPA’s proposed repeal of Clean Power Plan

The Center for Biological Diversity staged a “funeral” for Frostpaw the Polar Bear outisde the San Francisco Main Public Library on Wednesday, Feb. 28. Inside the building, the Environmental Protection Agency hosted a listening session on the proposed repeal of the Clean Power Plan.
