Love in the air at San Francisco City Hall

Over 85 couples reserved a ceremony for a Valentine’s Day wedding at San Francisco’s City Hall Tuesday, February 14, but officiants were waiting at a check-in desk to wed unexpected walk ins. Valentine’s Day is a busy day for the county clerk’s office at City Hall, with three times more wedding ceremonies than are scheduled on any other day. Photos by Jessica Christian/S.F. Examiner.
