Lefty O’Doul’s returns at new Fisherman’s Wharf location

Officials and patrons turned out Tuesday to celebrate the grand re-opening of Lefty O’Doul’s Ballpark Buffet and Cafe, which featured a performance by the Archbishop Riordan High School Crusader Marching Band, at Fisherman’s Wharf.

The two-story location, which also features a Giants Dugout Store and Starbucks-centric cafe downstairs, serves as a more family-friendly rebirth of the old Lefty O’Doul’s bar at Union Square, which closed in January 2017 due to a landlord dispute.
