Man out for revenge shoots wrong people

Tamik Kirkland, 24, an escaped inmate, fatally shot a man and wounded two police officers Saturday in Springfield, Mass. — apparently in revenge for his mother’s injury in a gang-related shooting.

While the owner of the barbershop he fired into was related to a rival gang member, those he struck had no connection to his mother’s shooting.
