Herman Cain campaign falsely states ex-Politico writer is son of harassment accuser

National Journal writer Josh Kraushaar, accused by Herman Cain’s campaign manager of being the son of one of the GOP presidential candidate’s accusers in a sexual harassment scandal, said he is not related to Karen Kraushaar. Politico, where Josh Kraushaar formerly worked, broke the story. Mark Block, Cain’s campaign manager, told Fox News, “We’ve confirmed that he does indeed work at Politico and that’s his mother, yes.” After several inquiries, the writer said Karen Kraushaar was not his mother, nor is he related to her.
