Government Accountability and Transparency Board meeting closed to media

The White House daily calendar announced that Vice President Joe Biden attended a Thursday meeting of the Government Accountability and Transparency Board. The transparency meeting was closed to the press. This follows the tradition of President Barack Obama’s openness award from earlier this year, which was abruptly cancelled as a press-pool ceremony and held later in a closed, unannounced meeting.
