Robotic warplanes are an increasingly popular way to provide reconnaissance and air support to U.S. ground troops, but the drones are encountering an unexpected enemy: human error. According to a recent report, inexperienced crews are responsible for an increasing number of crashes and mishaps involving Predator drones.
