Child found in dumpster after being abandoned by parents

DIM BULB: A 2-year-old girl was found in a trash container in Spain after her parents abandoned her. Residents of the southeastern town of Cabezo de Torres were alarmed by sobbing sounds coming from the container late Saturday. After removing several plastic bags of refuse, the girl was found “crying, sweating and with panic showing in her face.” The toddler’s parents have been identified and arrested.
