A Pennsylvania woman has won a victory for common sense and cute baby video viewers everywhere. Universal Music Corp. demanded YouTube take down a video of her 13-month-old son dancing to Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy,” but a federal judge ruled this week that the company should have first considered whether the video constituted fair use or posed any reasonable threat to their business.General OpinionOpinion
