Woman struck by vehicle near highway off-ramp in SoMa

A woman was struck by a vehicle on the northbound Interstate Highway 280 off-ramp to King Street in San Francisco early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said the woman was hit around 12:41 a.m. and was transported to San Francisco General Hospital. She wasn’t identified.

No information on the vehicle that hit the woman was immediately provided. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
