A 50-year-old woman stabbed a man in the ear with a nail file during an argument early Friday morning in the South of Market neighborhood, police said.
The incident was reported around 2 a.m. at Sixth and Natoma streets.
The victim, a 37-year-old man, was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive. The woman was not arrested, police said.
