Woman pushing stroller in Sea Cliff area park robbed of smartphone

A woman pushing a stroller in the park near the Sea Cliff neighborhood was forcibly robbed of her smartphone Tuesday, police said.

The 29-year-old victim was walking in the park pushing a stroller near the 3200 block of Clement Street about 2 p.m. when an unknown suspect ran up and ripped her phone out of her hand, police said.

The suspect ran eastbound on Clement Street and no arrest was made.

A detailed description of the suspect was not available Wednesday.
