Woman banged up with her own high heels

Two female thugs beat up a woman with her own high heels before making off with the footwear in North Beach early Monday, police said.

The 24-year-old woman told police she was chatting with a couple of men at Columbus Avenue and Broadway about 1 a.m. when she was suddenly attacked by two women.

No arrests were reported as of Tuesday. The victim’s injuries were not considered life-threatening, police said
