Who needs weapons when you have four legs and teeth?

It’s no laughing matter; a spat between two dogs in Noe Valley literally had one of the pups in stitches Thursday morning.

According to police a woman said she was walking her dog when it was attacked by another leashed offender around 7 a.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of Church Street.

The alleged attack left a 3-inch gash, but who barked what and why is still being investigated.
