This weekend’s slate of events in The City will result in plenty of changes to Muni’s bus routes.

Sunday’s staging of the Folsom Street Fair will force alterations to nine separate Muni bus lines, including the 49-Van Ness, and the 30-Stockton.

The Sunset Moon Festival, a markedly different festival held in a different part of town, will also results in some transit changes. The 71-Haight bus will be rerouted around the event, which takes place on Irving Street from 22nd Avenue to 25th Avenue. The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Transit riders trying to get information about their regular Muni bus lines should visit 311.org to get updates on any possible reroutes this weekend.
