Truong Vinh Trong, the deputy prime minister of Vietnam, will be in The City today to meet with Bay Area international business leaders. Trong is accompanying a delegation of Vietnamese business and government leaders, who will discuss business relations with their American counterparts at 9:30 a.m. at the Intercontinental Hotel, located at 888 Howard St.
