VIDEO: Occupy SF yanks SFPD's chain

The San Francisco Police Department's decision to put up barricades near the Occupy SF encampment at Justin Herman Plaza on Monday afternoon has someone telling the cops, “Don't fence us in.”

A video posted Thursday night on YouTube shows police officers trying to untangle chains that had been intricately wrapped in and around rows of barricades by an apparent jokester.

See the video below.

Audio from the footage has an officer telling the cameraman that “there's not even locks.” The astute videographer then proclaims, “Oh, it's a prank!”
 
This will be a tough case to crack for the SFPD as the suspect pool will be hard to chain down.
