UPS driver killed after truck hits tree

Authorities are investigating whether a heart attack caused a man driving a UPS truck to fatally collide with a tree in San Francisco this morning.

The driver struck a tree before crashing into the side of a building at 15th and Utah streets at about 5 a.m., according to officials.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No other injuries were reported, according to police.
