A 19-year-old man was shot and killed in San Francisco’s Portola neighborhood on Monday night, police said.
Zalaytheo Stewart was found suffering from gunshot wounds at 9:13 p.m. in the area of Silver and San Bruno avenues, near the Interstate Highway 280 and U.S. Highway 101 interchange, police said.
Stewart, a San Francisco resident, was taken to San Francisco General Hospital but died from his wounds a short time later, according to police.
No arrests have been made in the shooting as of Tuesday morning.
Police did not immediately release any information about a possible suspect or motive.
