Two wounded in shooting on Treasure Island

Two men were wounded in a shooting on Treasure Island Friday night, police said.

Police were called about 11:40 p.m. to the 400 block of California Avenue, where a man in his 20s was found with a gunshot wound to his arm.

A second victim, also in his 20s, went on his own to San Francisco General Hospital, police said. He suffered a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Both men are expected to survive their injuries.

A motive for the shooting is not known and no suspect descriptions were available.
