Two men arrested in connection with Bayview stabbing

A man was stabbed in the hand early Monday during an argument with two other men in the Bayview.

The argument started outside a Bayview residence while the three men were drinking on the stairs. The argument eventually moved inside the home, where the 32-year-old victim was stabbed.

Police arrested two men at the scene near Quesada Avenue and Keith Street at 1:13 a.m.

The wounded man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.

Juan Velasquez, 27, and Pedro Quilimaco, 30, were booked into County Jail on Monday on three felony counts, including attempted murder. The other charges were assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury and conspiracy to commit a crime.

The pair remain in custody and a bail amount had yet to be set as of Tuesday afternoon.Bay Area NewsBayview stabbingCrimeCrime & CourtsSan Francisco CrimeStabbing Arrest
