Two intoxicated men were assaulted in the Tenderloin by another man who was in wheelchair, police said.
The two victims, 43 and 50, were walking in the area of Geary and Hyde streets about 12:40 a.m. when they were attacked by the man in the wheelchair, police said.
One of the victims was cut by an edge weapon of some sort on his back and the other man sustained a swollen eye injury, police said. The injuries were not life threatening.
There was little more description on the suspect, police said, because the victims were too intoxicated to provide detailed information.
