Two-car crash blocking traffic on, around Sloat Boulevard in San Francisco

Drivers are advised to avoid Sloat Boulevard this evening after a two-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian at Goleta Avenue is blocking traffic, according to San Francisco police.

The collision occurred around 8 p.m., according to San Francisco Officer Carlos Manfredi.

Information was not immediately available, but Manfredi said two vehicles were involved and as many as four victims, one of which could be a pedestrian, are involved.

“With two cars and four victims it sounds pretty serious,” he said.

Manfredi is advising drivers to avoid the area as all lanes could be closed or only limited traffic could be allowed through the area.

The cause of the crash and conditions of the victims is unknown, officers are still on the scene investigating, Manfredi said.
