Truck driver carjacked in Hayes Valley neighborhood

A 46-year-old truck driver was carjacked Monday by two thugs in Hayes Valley, police said.

The truck driver was approached at Laguna and Grove streets by two men of indeterminate age around 6:40 p.m., cops said. They pointed a gun at the victim and told him to get out of the truck. The victim complied.

One of the crooks jumped in the victim’s box truck and drove away while the other fled in a burgundy truck, police said.

No arrests have been made.
