An 18-year-old man was stabbed in the chest Monday during a dispute over a hands-free speaker in the Tenderloin.
The teenager’s chest was punctured near Leavenworth and Eddy streets around 5 p.m., police said. He was trying to get his speaker back from a man who took it from him on Sunday.
That man stabbed him and then fled on foot with the speaker.
The wounded teen was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and is expected to survive.
The thief is described as between 55 and 65 years old.
