Suspect sought in gas station robbery in unincorporated Redwood City

A gas station in unincorporated Redwood City was robbed on Sunday morning, San Mateo County sheriff's officials said Monday.

The robbery occurred at 6:17 a.m. at the Shell gas station at 1667 Woodside Road north of Sequoia Avenue.

The suspect, who was not armed, allegedly entered the gas station store and pushed his way past the clerk, then demanded money from the cash register, officials said.
