Surprise thug attack

These thugs took their victim by surprise.

Two Hispanic men in their early 20s grabbed a 21-year-old man by the neck and arms and robbed him Tuesday night, police said.

The victim was near Ocean and Plymouth avenues around 11 p.m. when he was robbed of his cell phone and cash, police said.

No arrests have been made, cops said.
