Summer in The City: Expect same conditions

Got the socked-in-San-Francisco-summer blues?

Better break out your harmonica because there ain’t no end in sight.

National Weather Service forecaster Steve Anderson delivered the bad news.

“The remainder of the week and the weekend looks like exactly the same weather we’ve seen the last several days,” he said. “Typical summer weather — cool and cloudy at the coast, sunny and warm inland.

“I don’t see any heat waves or anything. We’re in a stagnant weather pattern.”

Anderson conceded some sympathy.

“I know that’s not what you want to hear, but I don’t control the weather,” he said.
