Sucker punch punk

It was a brutal hit-and-run.

A 24-year-old man walking near Clay and Front streets and talking on his phone Tuesday was approached from behind by a black man in his 20s who punched him in the face, took his phone and fled, police said.

No arrests have been made, police said.
