What: A concert at AT&T Park … heck, a concert anywhere

Why: With Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” the unofficial song and mantra of the 2010 Giants postseason, the former frontman has had a resurgence. Perry’s golden tonsils still rev up a crowd — as evidenced at games where he gave impromptu performances to singalongs and standing ovations. The icing on this crooner’s holiday cake may be an offer to sing intentionally … scheduled … somewhere with a stage … where fans are there specifically to see him.
