State climate report released on Treasure Island

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger released California’s climate adaptation strategy final report at a news conference on Treasure Island on Wednesday. The report is intended to help the state manage climate impacts such as rising sea levels and temperatures, shifting precipitation and extreme natural events. A climate change partnership between Google and the state also was announced at the news conference.
