Stabbing victim silent on attacker

A 54-year-old man was stabbed in the chest early Tuesday morning, police said.

A resident in the 300 block of Brazil Street called 911 around 12:30 a.m. after the stabbing victim knocked on his door requesting assistance, cops said.

Officers responded to the scene but the victim would not cooperate or provide any details on his attacker, they said.

He was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, cops said.
