Sneaky thief decides to be upfront

A 26-year-old man was robbed of his MP3 player and cash Tuesday, cops said.

The man was walking near Eighth and Market streets at 5:30 a.m. when a 25-year-old crook snuck up from behind and reached into the man’s pocket, taking his wallet, police said.

The brazen thief then walked in front of the victim and showed him his handgun, cops said. He then took the victim’s MP3 player and fled.

No arrest has been made.
