Shower bandit steals water as couple sleeps

Two South of Market residents were awoken Friday night to find a stranger showering in their bathroom, according to San Francisco police.

The prowler was discovered sometime in the early morning inside a residence in the 300 block of Harrison Street.

A 45-year old woman and 35-year-old man were sleeping when they noticed the shower was running.

Upon entering the bathroom, they discovered an 18-year-old man showering. The pair called security who called the police.

The uninvited shower guest was arrested.
