Sheehan hearing postponed

The bail motion hearing for the 56-year-old mental-health patient who was shot by police recently was postponed to Thursday.

Sheehan, who was shot by police Aug. 7 after she allegedly threatened her social worker and police with a knife, was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

The Sheehan family said the incident was mishandled.
