SFMTA to present annual report of operations

With Muni service, bike plans, traffic operations, taxicabs and pedestrian issues all under its purview, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency has plenty of things to keep it busy.

On Sept. 21, the agency will provide the public with a little update on how it is handling its considerable responsibilities by presenting its annual report. The lengthy document will be unveiled at an all-day workshop at the agency’s headquarters on 1 South Van Ness Ave. The workshop, which is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., will also act as the agency’s regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.

According to the SFMTA, the agency is the only one in the country responsible for an entire city’s transportation plans.
