SF techie heading back to court

The case of Terry Childs, the former Department of Technology network engineer who’s accused of withholding passwords to The City’s main computer system, is scheduled to return to court today. Several weeks of litigating and pretrial motions are expected to determine whether evidence may or may not be introduced. Childs, who was arrested in July, remains in County Jail on $5 million bail.
