Sentenced: Lamarr Edward Timmons

The 19-year-old was sentenced by a San Mateo County Superior Court judge to state prison for six years for assaulting a teacher at Woodside High School.

During the November 2007 incident, Timmons punched the teacher in the face, sending him to the ground and knocking out a tooth, according to prosecutors. The teacher had previously asked Timmons and other students to stop yelling obscenities.
