Rollover crash blocks section of Hwy 92

A rollover crash on state Highway 92 in San Mateo County caused a traffic backup near the scene Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported on westbound Highway 92 east of Half Moon Bay near Pilarcitos Creek Road about 1:15 p.m., CHP Officer James Evans said.

Following the crash, an overturned vehicle blocked the westbound lane, Evans said.

No one was injured in the crash.

One-way traffic was directed through the area during the investigation, causing backups in both directions, Evans said.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
