A hearing to set a trial date for the alleged gang member accused of killing Tony Bolona and two of his sons was delayed until Nov. 24. Edwin Ramos, an alleged MS-13 gang member, is charged with murder in the June 22, 2008, deaths of Bologna, 48, and two of his sons — Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16 — in the Excelsior district. Ramos has also been charged with attempted murder of a third son.
