Prepare to pay more to play Harding Park links

The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Tuesday fee hikes to play Harding Park Golf Course.

Nonresidents will pay $15 more to hit the links at Harding Park. Weekday rates will increase from $135 to $150 and weekend rates from $155 to $170, which is about a 10 percent increase.

Residents are also expected to pay more. The Recreation and Park Department said it plans to increase the cost for residents based on the consumer price index of 2.9 percent. The CPI adjustment does not require approval by the Board of Supervisors.
