Police seek more possible victims of sexual assault suspect in Lower Nob Hill

San Francisco police are seeking the public's assistance to find more potential sexual assault victims in Lower Nob Hill since September 2014.

Victor Vasquez was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of loitering after hours at a Nob Hill park near where three sexual assaults recently occurred. Vasquez has also been charged in connection with those three incidents.

Vasquez allegedly groped the lower or upper bodies of the women, all aged 23 to 33 years old, then fled.

He was booked into County Jail on multiple sexual assault charges. But police did not release a photo of Vasquez, citing the ongoing investigation.

Officer Grace Gatpandan said Vasquez, 39, is not believed to be the suspect in groping incidents in Nob Hill last November.

Police are asking witnesses or anyone with additional information to contact the Special Victims Unit at (415) 553-9225.
