Police searching for suspect in North Beach shooting

A 63-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood late Sunday night, police said Monday.

The shooting was reported at 10:17 p.m. Sunday in the area between Kearny Street and Pollard Place.

The victim was taken to a hospital and an update on his condition was not immediately available Monday.

No arrest has been made and police have not released any suspect information or motive in the shooting.
