Police ID woman fatally shot in Potrero Hill

A woman who was fatally shot in the Potrero Hill neighborhood Saturday night was identified Sunday by the chief investigator at
the Medical Examiner's Office as 19-year-old San Francisco resident Caprisha Green.

The shooting was reported in the 1000 block of Connecticut Street about 10:25 p.m., according to police.

Officers arrived to find Green suffering from gunshot wounds. She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
